Q2: If customer stick the two pouches together, will the detection not accurate to lead to cut pouches broken?

A2: The touch screen of the dispenser is equipped with bag length controlling range, so the pouch will not be cut broken (if the material bag have quality problem, it will affect the detection signal to lead to cut pouch broken). The connecting two pouches will be cut together, then artificial remove away.

Q3: The two-servo dispenser is used for dispensing different size of seasoning pouches, is it necessary to reset the parameters when changing the pouches?

A3: When the customer changes the different pouches, the dispenser does not need to reset the parameters. Hanging the material bag, the transverse seal of the pouch is adjusted to the center of the cutter position, and it can be cut and dispense in normally.

Q4: Is two-servo dispenser equipped with online synchronization signal of package machine?

A4: The dispenser has two synchronous signals tracking the speed of the packaging machine. One is the synchronous optoelectronic signal, which is the external tracking signal, tracking the customer noodle (other conveyor line products). After sensing the noodle, the dispenser will automatically cut and dispense the material pouches on the top of the noodles. There is also an online signal connected to the packaging machine. The gear of the packaging machine goes around once, the dispenser relay sense the signal, then it will direct dispense the pouches to the noodles.

Both the synchronous photoelectric and on-line signal can track the customer's packaging machine speed. It is up to the specific requirements of the customer site to decide which one to use.
