Our company provide equipment guidance, installation and commissioning services.Ensure the goods are in good condition within 12 months from the date of operation of the equipment under proper installation, operation and maintenance. Any defective parts due to design, material or manufacturing defects shall be immediately corrected/replaced free of charge during this warranty period.If the equipment fails during the warranty period, the customer should inform us within 2 working days, and we will instruct the customer to solve the problem.If the problem is still unresolved, we must dispatch technicians to the customer's factory within 7 working days to fulfill its warranty responsibility.We provide lifelong technical consulting services for equipment.
